Abstract
Cyclosporine (CyA) has successfully been used to treat moderate‐to‐severe psoriasis. Therapeutic drug monitoring is an increasingly useful tool to optimize the management of immunosuppressant drugs. In transplantation grounds, dose management based on C2 (CyA blood levels 2 hours after the drug administration) has resulted in reduced incidence of acute rejection and treatment failure rates compared to dose management based on C0 (CyA blood levels immediately before drug administration).
