So far, no multicenter study has supported the superiority of one surgical protocol compared to another.French center A, as a new cleft competence center, had to face a whole panel of protocols and difficulties in making choices, based on reliable criteria; thus, the idea of a study to start a comparison and to analyze procedures between French centers was born. |
