A 71-year-old man had 2 adjacent skin defects measured at 1.0 × 0.8 cm and 2.6 × 2.4 cm in the nasal dorsum and alar area after Mohs micrographic surgery for 2 adjacent basal cell carcinoma (Fig 1, A).
