Metastasis to distant bone from squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the head and neck has been reported in 4% to 26% of cases, and nearly all involve a single bone.1–3 Multiple metastases to bone account for fewer than 0.96%.4 We report an unusual positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT) finding in a patient with SCC of the oropharynx.
