Background: Tuberculosis (TB) can be fatal, particularly in developing countries. The World Health Organisation reports approximately three million documented deaths annually. Mandibular osteomyelitis caused by TB is rare. We report a case mimicking squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), both clinically and radiologically.
