Secondary sinus lift: viable technique for when a membrane is raised without a graft, and fails

In a recent paper, Wagner et al1 described a patient whose graft had a failed after a sinus lift with immediate placement of an implant, and who then went on to have a successful secondary sinus lift. We would like to share our experience of a similar complication, with a bilateral sinus lift and no graft.
