Hydroa vacciniforme-like lymphoproliferative disorder shows aggressive behavior in the majority of Latin Americans patients, while it shows chronic progression and a more indolent behavior in the majority of Chinese patients. Aggressive treatments, such as chemotherapy, should not be encouraged in the majority of Chinese patients.
