Author Missing From Byline

In the Observation published in JAMA Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery titled "Destructive Otologic Foreign Body: Dangers of the Expanding Bead," an author was omitted from the byline. The author Jonathan Murnick, MD, PhD, should be added to the byline as the second author. His affiliation is Department of Diagnostic Imaging and Radiology, Children's National Medical Center, Washington, DC, and his contributions include study concept and design; acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data; drafting of the manuscript; and administrative, technical, or material support. This article has been corrected online.
