Abstract

The differential diagnosis of a leg ulcer is broad with a great variety of diseases. Beside the well known as venous, arterial, mixed and diabetic most are rare. Prolidase deficiency is one of the rare causes.Nether the less it is an excellent suggestion to add also genetic diseases as prolidae deficiency to this Guideline.
