Abstract
Squamous cell carcinoma temporal bone (SCCTB) is a rare malignancy with incidence of around 1 to 1.2 case per million populations per year. Risk factors included chronic otitis media and chronic irritation of the skin and mucosa of the external and middle ear. A rare but important aetoloigy is radiation to the region for treatment of head and neck malignancies.
