Dosage adjustments in patients with psoriasis on adalimumab: a retrospective chart review

Abstract

Adalimumab is a well-established treatment for chronic plaque psoriasis. While many clinical trials have shown its efficacy, few studies have looked at deviations from labeled dosing in the real-world setting.¹ The aim of this study was to determine the frequency of off-label dosing in patients with psoriasis on adalimumab and the reasons for these deviations.
