Basosquamous carcinoma (BSC) is considered a variant of basal cell carcinoma (BCC) associated with squamous differentiation.¹ It may display local aggressive behavior, and increased potential for recurrence and metastases.² Therefore, early and appropriate treatment will have prognostic repercussion.
