Unilateral discolouration of the lower lip following inferior alveolar nerve injury

Introduction: Vascular disturbance following inferior alveolar nerve injury (IANI) is unreported. This case documents a 32 year-old female patient presenting with unilateral blue discolouration of the lower lip following IANI as a result of lower left third molar (LL8) removal.
