We sought to investigate the safety and efficacy of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) for isolated local recurrence after surgical resection of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Forty-eight patients were treated with salvage SBRT. Median follow was 22.6 months showing excellent local control and minimal toxicity.
