Abstract: Objective To compare the effect of"shu and he point"acupuncture intervention on the expression of different types of brain injury models in rats' brain tissue. Methods According to the model preparation method, all rats were divided into the premature intervention group and the non intervention group,LPS premature intervention group and non treatment group, ischemia and hypoxia group and untreated group,LPS intervention group and the non intervention group, the normal group. Results The expression of neuroethology in model group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Through the premature delivery to hypoxia and ischemia rats, lipopolysaccharide infection detection of brain injury demonstrate that the effectively use of "shu and he point" early intervention of acupuncture.
