Excel Software Application in the Experiment for Determination of Pharmacokinetic Parameters of Sulfadiazine Sodium

Abstract: The experiments for determination of pharmacokinetic parameters have been performed in the experimental teaching of a medical function for several years. In the past drafting was made by oneself and calculated by computers therefore the process was complicated. When Excel software was used to calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters of sulfadiazine sodium, the drawing became simple and the computational efficiency was greatly improved. However up to now no definite and unified application and calculation methods were available. In this article, based on the experiment for determination of pharmacokinetic parameters of sulfadiazine sodium, a detail introduction of application and way of calculation using Excel software was made in the experiment for determination of pharmacokinetic parameters, which provided a reference and help for the experimental teaching.
