Abstract: A 64-year-old female patient who suffered from insomnia was given zopiclone(7.5 mg, qn).Two days later, she developed facial edema. Six days after stopping use of zopiclone, her facial edema disappeared.Two days after the reuse of zopiclone, her facial edema appeared again and then disappeared after stopping use of zopiclone.
