Abstract: A case of lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma of head and neck is reported. An 84-year-old woman presented with a pink papule with superficial ulcer on the left temporal region. Histopathological examination showed the tumor cells were in a nest-form distribution, and a large number of lymphocytes infiltrated around the nest. Immunohistochemistry showed the tumor cells were stained positive for CKp, EMA, CK5/6(+++) and Ki-67(40%), and negative for LCA, CK7, CK20,CD68, HMB-45, S-100 protein and EBV. The diagnosis of lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma of head and neck was made.After following up for 1 year, the patient was well without signs of recurrence.
