Abstract: Objective To evaluate the safety and feasibility of propofol and remifentanil in patients after emergency surgery in hospital sedation transport. Methods The 118 patients with emergency intracranial hematoma required postoperative endotracheal tube transport were randomly divided into group N( remifentanil group) and group C( propofol group),with 59 cases in each group. Group N with remifentanil constant speed pump into the background volume, intermittent adding propofol assistance.Group C with a constant rate of propofol amount pumped into the background, adding propofol intermittent auxiliary. The vital signs in transit, sedation agitation score, tidal volume, respiratory rate, respiratory support and adverse events were recorded. Results The heart rate, blood pressure of group C has obvious fluctuations than before the transfer( P < 0. 01),and was fluctuating than that of group N( P < 0. 05). The heart rate of group N has obvious fluctuations than before the transfer( P < 0. 05).The agitation score of the two groups was higher when moving the patient sedation than before transport( P < 0. 05). The moisture of group C was significantly lower than transport( P < 0. 01),and was significantly lower than that of group N( P < 0. 01). When moving the patient, the respiratory rate was lower than the previous transporter( P < 0. 05); Patients with auxiliary breathing and breathing machine control in group C was higher than that in group N( P < 0. 05). There was no adverse events transport in both groups. Conclusion Propofol and remifentanil are safe for patients with postoperative transport tube, treated with remifentanil has a small interference on patient physiology, and the transport satisfaction is high.
