Abstract: Objective To analyze the early warning methods in patients with severe sepsis in the clinical.MethodsSixty-two patients with severe trauma from wuhan general hospital of guangzhou military command emergency intensive care unit from January 2012 to June 2013 were divided into sepsis group and non sepsis group. All the patients in the treatment of first,4,7days were detected by flow cytometry in human leukocyte antigen(HLA-DR)expression rate, expressed using ELISA method for quantitative detection of serum inflammatory factors IL-6,IL-10,and observed the changes of APACHE II score at the same time point. Results IL-6in the treatment of 1,4,7 days in sepsis group were higher than those in non sepsis group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).IL-10 in different time had no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The expression rate of HLA-DR in the treatment of 7 days was lower in sepsis group than non sepsis group(P<0.05).APACHE Ⅱ score in sepsis group was higher than the non sepsis group after 4 and 7 days treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion High expression of IL-6 in patients with early severe trauma can early clinical warn with sepsis after trauma.
